How assignments are staffed.

Each appointment is led by a named project manager who remains the client's single point of accountability for the duration. Supporting engineers are assigned according to the discipline and stage of the work.

The structure we staff to comprises a principal or director, a project director or project manager, civil engineering professionals, planning and project controls, infrastructure and public health professionals, quantity surveying and contracts, and a supporting technical team.
