The practice
What we do, stated plainly.
Thorson Consultants & Engineers provides engineering and consultancy support for infrastructure and construction assignments.
Our work covers engineering review and coordination, project planning, construction management, project monitoring and technical consultancy. In practice that means translating a client's intent into a defined scope, a programme that reflects real sequencing, and a reporting regime that surfaces problems while they can still be solved cheaply.
We work with government authorities, public-sector organisations, infrastructure agencies, developers and private clients. Each of those has a different tolerance for ambiguity in documentation, and we write our deliverables accordingly.
The practice is registered as a micro enterprise under Udyam in the services category, holds regular GST registration, and is provisionally enlisted with PUDA as a Class-IV contractor for Public Health works. Those are the credentials we hold today. We do not present capability beyond them.

Early warning over late explanation
Monitoring exists to raise an issue while it is still small. We report exceptions as they appear rather than accumulating them into a quarterly surprise.
Scope discipline
Changes are assessed for time and cost before they are absorbed. Undeclared scope creep is the most common cause of programme slippage on public works.
