Er. Dinesh D. Thorat holds a Professional Recommendation dated 21 August 2026 from NPICDCL — the special purpose vehicle implementing the Integrated Manufacturing Cluster, Rajpura–Patiala Industrial Node under the Amritsar–Kolkata Industrial Corridor — recommending him for Transaction Advisory, Infrastructure Advisory and Strategic Programme Management assignments. He also holds an Appreciation Letter dated 20 August 2026 from the same authority, recognising the programme management team under his leadership on that project.
These are personal credentials, issued for work performed in a role with M/s Voyants Solutions Private Limited. They are not assignment records of Thorson Consultants & Engineers.

If a tender or prequalification requires a credential we do not hold, we will say so at the enquiry stage rather than after appointment.
Certificates are made available on request, in redacted form, to clients and authorities with a legitimate need. Identity and financial documents are never published on this website.
